We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities

Supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage food preparation and production processes to maintain quality and consistency. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and uphold restaurant standards. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Develop and implement menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service during peak hours. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the hospitality industry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. Familiarity with barista duties is a plus for establishments offering coffee services. A passion for providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
