As a Restaurant Partnership Lead, you are the face of our new delivery platform to the local hospitality scene. Your purpose is to recruit, onboard, and support restaurants and takeaways, building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that form the foundation of our delivery service and help local businesses grow.
Detailed Responsibilities
Proactively prospect, pitch to, and sign up new restaurant partners in your assigned territory.
Guide new partners through the onboarding process, including technology setup.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner restaurants.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their queries and concerns.
Work with partners to optimize their menus and promotions on the platform.
Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Essential & Desirable Skills/Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a partnership role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a hunter mentality.
Desirable:
- Experience in the hospitality or food delivery industry.
- Existing network of contacts within the local restaurant scene.
