Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial

Restaurant Partnerships & Growth Manager

to lead hospitality expansion across the HolistiQ ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to shape how restaurants engage with technology platforms from day one.

This is an

equity-based role

with the opportunity to progress into a

shareholder or co-founder position

within one of the HolistiQ group companies based on contribution and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach and onboard restaurants, cafes and bakeries Build long-term relationships with hospitality partners Understand restaurant operations, POS systems and growth challenges Support launch and adoption strategies for new hospitality platforms Collaborate with product and marketing teams on growth initiatives Gather feedback from partners to inform product improvements
Skills & Experience

Experience in restaurant management, hospitality sales, or partnerships Strong understanding of the UK hospitality market Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for food, hospitality and technology Self-motivated and comfortable working in an early-stage environment

Compensation:

This is an equity-based position and does not include a salary at this stage. The listed pay rate is a system placeholder only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,451.89-61,864.82 per year
