Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Provide recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained throughout the service period. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and care. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality control. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for culinary arts and an eagerness to learn about menu items. Team player mentality with a positive attitude towards helping colleagues and guests alike.

Pay: 12.21-31.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 55 per week
