Overview
We are seeking out new Servers to join our team at the restaurant. Hospitality experience is required for this role.
Immediate Start positions available.
Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing detailed information about menu items. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 11.00-13.21 per hour
