The Restaurant Server is the waiter in charge of a specific section in the restaurant. A Restaurant Server will be working under the Restaurant Manager directive, able to oversee their own section. Taking guest to their seats, serving guests with excellent customer service skills. Table-side food preparation such as fish to be filleted, flambe meals and preparing our carbonara in the wheel, to be served at the table! Must be able to provide a professional wine service.
Experience and Confidence with Italian Cuisine will be essential.
To be the hands on support of the Head Waiter/Maitre D'.
To lead, motivate the existing team.
Welcoming the restaurant guests and presenting menus.
Comfortable in showcasing specific dishes at the table side
Accepting orders as well as processing payments in a timely manner.
Assistance in setting up and closing of the restaurant.
Day to day communication between the Front and Back of House teams
Min 1-2 years experience in a Restaurant position.
A passion for excellent food and service standards.
Interest in premium dining is a MUST.
Hands on and can do attitude.
Outgoing, friendly and warm personality.
Fluent in English language both oral and written. Italian speakers definitely an advantage.
