Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a relaxed fine-dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly demeanor.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to all standards of service. Handle cash transactions accurately and with care. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent guest relations throughout their visit. Assist with hosting duties as needed, ensuring smooth guest flow during busy periods. Be available and flexible for shifts during the lead up to and during our Festive period.

Experience

Previous experience as a Server in a upscale restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential. Work well within a team, have good communication skills and be willing to learn to meet our requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
