Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations at all times. Manage cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and adhere to licensing laws. Collaborate with team members to ensure the bar runs smoothly during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service. Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve customers courteously and efficiently. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously. Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately. Proven time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during busy hours. A personable attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
