We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Baxterstorey
Title: Restaurant Supervisor (25hrs)
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: 12.90 per hr

About the Restaurant Supervisor role:

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
Qualifications

• You find fulfillment in overseeing, educating, and providing support to a team.
• Deliver a professional catering service, ensuring the maintenance of company standards and meeting client expectations.
• Capable of showcasing an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for food and customer service.
• An established, hands-on leader who invests in your team's growth and development.
• A natural outgoing and vibrant personality should reflect a genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service.
• Should have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Be innovative, creative, and driven by a commitment to excellence.
• Staying current with prevailing food trends is a requisite.

Skills Required
