The Role


We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team. This individual will help ensure smooth daily operations, uphold impeccable service standards, and support our mission of redefining plant-based dining at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless and refined guest experience Train, lead, and support service staff, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards Assist with scheduling, floor management, and performance coaching Ensure dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and service flow align with fine-dining expectations Collaborate with management and kitchen leadership to optimize communication and service execution Respond to guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and grace Maintain knowledge of menu items and wine pairings Support inventory, ordering, and cost-control initiatives when needed Support marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant's offerings and enhance customer engagement

About you



Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a fine-dining environment Strong passion for plant-based cuisine, sustainability, and exceptional hospitality Professional, polished, and calm under pressure Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
