Bosco opened 12 years ago in Bristol, and since then we have spread our love for all things Italian in Bristol, Cheltenham and Bath- and Cardiff is next!

We are looking for someone with a big personality, who can bring fun to the restaurant floor, whilst being able to inspire our team and inspire our customers through their passion for Italian food, produce & wine. A strong background at supervisory level is needed.

This is a great opportunity to get involved with a growing company that can offer great career progression opportunities in the near future. This role would suit an experienced waiter ready to take a first step into management or an experienced supervisor looking for management progression.

Pay

Base pay 12.7 per hour

Service charge estimated at between 4 and 6 per hour

Target based bonus of 4K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.70-18.70 per hour
