We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly while providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role requires effective leadership, team management, and a commitment to food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and ensuring high standards of service.
Implement and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Manage staff to optimise service levels while controlling labour costs.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the restaurant,
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisor role.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers alike.
Experience as a barista or knowledge of beverage preparation is a plus. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences and possess the necessary skills to lead our team.
