As Restaurant Supervisor you will be supervising and delivering operations smoothly and efficiently while creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

A little bit about what you will be doing:



Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance To take responsibility for the restaurant during the shift, allocating team members their duties and monitoring the smooth running of the outlet. To have additional responsibilities within the outlet outside of the shift; such as Schedules, incentives for sales, training etc. Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints; Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control To attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs and to remain in the outlet at all times during service. Ensure LQA and Fairmont Standards are met at all times Other duties as assigned
