Our retained client, a 4* Luxury Hotel and Restaurant is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join their successful front of house team. This reputable venue is a gem in the local Suffolk countryside, having gained 2 AA Rosettes, numerous other accolades for their high level of service on offer. They are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor, ideally someone who has had experience at this level, in a similar environment.
This establishment is located in a picturesque village in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, accessible from Colchester, Sudbury and Ipswich, and has built up a reputation for being one of the best in the county for food, wine, and service.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated, with previous experience in a similar establishment. You will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to have a high standard of personal presentation, be confident, professional and an inspirational Team Leader. The ideal candidate must have come from a Fine Dining or Rosette standard background.
You will be passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, have the ability to work under pressure, and an excellent knowledge of Food & Wine.
