We're on the hunt for a Restaurant Supervisor who's ready to grow with us and lead our front-of-house team with energy, confidence, and heart.
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Being the go-to person during busy food service times - from lunch rushes to weekend evenings
Working closely with the kitchen team to support the rollout of our growing food menu
Training and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Handling bookings, table management, and guest feedback with professionalism
Opening/closing duties and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space.
What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality experience - ideally in a pub or casual dining setting
A natural leader who enjoys being on the floor and setting the pace
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
A genuine passion for great service, great drinks, and now, great food!
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy holiday periods
