We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our business. Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
Oversee food presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
Business open/close
Monitor food production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health regulations.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimise workflow and minimise waste.
Maintain organised records of inventory, sales, and staff performance.
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Extensive restaurant experience with a solid understanding of food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques.
Team management skills with the ability to lead diverse groups effectively.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience with wine service
