We are looking for an experienced and confident

Restaurant Supervisor / Deputy Manager

to join the team at

The Ladybower Inn

, a welcoming, food-led pub with a strong local following.

This is a

senior operational role

. You will be trusted to

take the lead on-site during the absence of the Owner and Operations Manager

, ensuring smooth service, motivated staff, and consistently high standards. You will also manage the

day-to-day running of our seven letting rooms

, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming, high-quality stay.

Key Responsibilities

Take operational responsibility for front-of-house and letting room management Act as the senior person on shift when the Owner and Ops Manager are not present Lead, motivate, and support the FOH team during service Ensure excellent customer experience at all times Manage bookings, service flow, and staffing levels Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery confidently Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and standards Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance Oversee the

seven letting rooms

, including check-ins/check-outs, room readiness, and guest queries
About You

Strong experience in a

senior FOH or operational role

Confident decision-maker who can lead from the front Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure Excellent people management and communication skills Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and operations Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
