Job Description
Sculthorpe Mill is one of the Norfolk countryside's most beautiful pubs, it re-opened recently after undergoing modern yet gloriously stylish refurbishment. In a little over 6 months we have been awarded Sunday Times 'Best Place to Stay in the East' and just recently a Bib Gourmand.
The pub area is at the very heart of the Mill, with two dining rooms, a private events suite and 7 bedrooms individually designed to reflect the abundance of flora and fauna around the pub.
In addition to your salary you will receive a share of the tronc which is approx. an additional 1.30 per hr
We are looking for an experienced restaurant supervisor to join our very busy restaurant team and support the Restaurant manager in the daily operation.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional, able to engage with our customers, offering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction, take pride in delivering a award winning service, understanding and exceeding our customer expectations and have the leadership skills to influence and inspire the team around you.
