As restaurant supervisor, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high standards of food safety, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a blend of leadership skills, culinary knowledge, and a commitment to excellence in service.

Duties

Supervise and manage staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining adherence to food safety standards. Train and mentor team members in hospitality best practices, including serving techniques and customer engagement. Manage inventory levels with our bar supervisor, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising roles within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike. Experience as a barista is an advantage, showcasing versatility in service roles. A passion for creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional service.
