We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor / Duty Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high-quality food production while fostering a positive team environment.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks and bartenders, to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance in the restaurant environment.
Manage customer service issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills
Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant setting.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
