Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and culinary excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a team of staff to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage food preparation and production processes to maintain quality standards. Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Implement effective cost control measures to maximise profitability. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and enhance existing offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews as necessary.

Experience

Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position. Background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in supervising kitchen operations is highly desirable. Barista experience is an advantage, particularly in establishments serving cocktails . A passion for the restaurant industry combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
