Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.
Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and cooks, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
Develop and implement effective strategies for team management and staff development.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in the restaurant industry.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
Previous experience in supervising staff within a restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable.
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction.
