We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Leader to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests while leading and motivating your team. Your hospitality experience and strong leadership skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring all staff adhere to food safety regulations and standards.
Manage food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining quality control throughout.
Lead by example in serving guests, demonstrating excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
Train, mentor, and support team members in their roles, fostering a collaborative environment.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels effectively.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to develop menus and improve overall restaurant performance.
We are a small and efficient team at Castello Cafe Bistro. We require experience and leaders to join our team to help cover (mainly) daytime hours in a young team. While students are in education we require more senior staff for busy daytimes and to lead at weekends. No time wasters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
