Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Team Leader to join our dynamic team at The Mermaid Cafe Bar & Restaurant. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations, contributing to our mission of providing a memorable dining experience for all our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and health regulations. Assist in training new staff members, fostering a positive work environment. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Implement promotional activities to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in team management and staff training is essential.
