where you'll play a key role creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.We're on the hunt for a friendly, upbeat Restaurant Team Member to bring some fun and flavour to our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant--greeting guests with a smile, taking orders, serving delicious food, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer has a positive dining experience. Work closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times. Keep restaurant and serving, areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter or waitress is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
