Duties

Welcome guests to our 5 star View Restaurant Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods. Perform basic maths for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy setting. A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues and guests alike. Basic mathematical skills for order processing and cash handling.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
