We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and customer service, contributing to a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This role involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, serving, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications and safety standards. Serve customers with a friendly and attentive approach, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling. Follow proper food safety protocols to maintain quality and prevent contamination. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and restaurant knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic culinary experience or training is a plus, particularly in food safety practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards upselling menu items for improved customer satisfaction.
