Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit proactive and conscientious team members for our busy 2AA Rosette Restaurant located within our busy hotel. Reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor, as a waiter you will be responsible for providing excellent service within the restaurant.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing a warm welcome for guests Providing guest service in the restaurant, as per the hotel standards, including welcoming guests, offering advice on the menu and dishes available, table service, processing payments etc. Anticipating guests needs whenever possible and react to these in a friendly and efficient manner to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed expectations. Assisting in the general tidiness and cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring stations are ready for service and all food and beverage areas are set to the required layout. Making sure the Company Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH legislations are adhered to at all times.

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with the following personal attributes:

Experience in a similar role Possess excellent communication skills Able to communicate in a clear, friendly and courteous manner. Pro-active with excellent awareness and an eye for detail. Positive person with a passion for delivering great guest service.
Hours are mainly evening and weekend based set out on a rota basis, however these can be varied as per the business needs.
