Piazza Italiana, a high-end Italian Restaurant is looking for an experienced Waiter. If you're an enthusiastic candidate who loves to serve with passion & pride then we would love to hear from you.

As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining moments for our guests through exceptional service and in cultivating a warm and inviting ambiance. We expect you to possess outstanding interpersonal skills, have a positive attitude, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Ideally, you'll come from a high-volume, guest-facing leadership role with an understanding of delivering in a branded operation.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Deliver outstanding customer service at all times and maximize customer satisfaction Serve drinks and food to our guests as per company standard in a warm and friendly manner Assists in setting up and closing down the restaurant, ready for service for the next day Maintain the restaurant standards keeping all areas of the business clean and tidy Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it

We are looking for a person who has:

Previous experience in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
