We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a focus on food production and culinary excellence. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high standards of food safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards. Train, mentor, and manage bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages and food items, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative drink menus that complement the culinary offerings. Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Monitor bar cleanliness and organisation, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and guests. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Implement promotional activities to enhance the bar's visibility and attract new clientele.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: 26,000.00-32,615.00 per year
