Responsibilities

Lead and manage the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Maintain compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste. Train staff on proper food production techniques, service standards, and safety protocols. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of culinary practices, food preparation, and food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous.
