Duties
Supervise and coordinate all bar and restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operational flow
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control inventory to minimise waste
Develop innovative drink menus and promote specials to enhance customer experience
Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships with guests
Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and performance reviews
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with health & safety regulations
Experience
Proven supervising experience within a hospitality setting, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations
Experience in food preparation, cooking, serving, or barista work is highly desirable
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality management
Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is advantageous but not essential
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
