We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Bar Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive knowledge of food and beverage service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Duties



Supervise and coordinate all bar and restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operational flow Lead, motivate, and manage a team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control inventory to minimise waste Develop innovative drink menus and promote specials to enhance customer experience Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster positive relationships with guests Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and performance reviews Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with health & safety regulations

Experience



Proven supervising experience within a hospitality setting, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations Experience in food preparation, cooking, serving, or barista work is highly desirable Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality management Previous hotel or hospitality industry experience is advantageous but not essential Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
