We're on the hunt for a fully experienced all-rounder to join our lovely, fun-filled, hard-working Blackmill team. This is not an entry-level role, we need someone confident, capable, and cool under pressure.

THE ROLE

Serving confidently behind the bar and on the floor Taking food & drink orders like a pro Chatting to customers while still working at full speed Multitasking without flapping Taking bookings & managing the flow of the shift Cashing up, locking up & taking responsibility when required Directing and supporting staff when needed Keeping an eye on the room atmosphere, service, standards Making sure every customer leaves happy and well looked after Lone working at quieter times (must be comfortable with this)
YOU ARE:

Fully experienced in hospitality (bar & floor essential) Confident, reliable and responsible Happy to step up and take charge when needed Calm under pressure (busy services don't scare you) Great with people customers AND teammates Organised, aware of your surroundings and proactive Able to work to the needs of the business (flexibility is key) Someone who works hard but enjoys the job too

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.05 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
