Job Description

We are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Team Leader to join our fantastic team at The Shrewsbury Arms, Mickle Trafford, a ten minute drive from the centre of Chester.

The role will be daytimes 11am-5pm and evenings 5pm-close, over the Monday-Sunday Period.

Job Role

As our Team leader you will demonstrate a flexible and adaptive hands-on approach in order to assist and support the Manager and team members with the service delivery. You will help to ensure that our team deliver a consistently high standard of personalised service to our guests.

You will be passionate about food and drink, with an exceptional knowledge on food and beverages, in order to train and develop a knowledgeable team skilled in all aspects of F&B and the seamless delivery of service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 15,634.00-34,737.00 per year
