Job Summary

We are recruiting a Restoration Technician working in Northwest of England.

You will be part of a team working as a unit to provide the best quality work and service. You will provide the best solutions to all water, fire & accidental damage within domestic and commercial properties. Whilst also working to ensure that the company equipment and services are delivered to the customer in a friendly and efficient way establishing strong relationships with customers and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Knowledge

BDMA or IICRC Accreditation as a minimum Basic level of education - GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Experience of Cleaning (Ideally) Experience of Fire & Flood Restoration (Ideally) Experience of building construction (ideally) Maintenance Handyman Building background

Skills

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Good computer literacy - Microsoft Word Full Driving License with minimal points

Abilities

Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information Ability to work within a team, and with a variety of customers Ability to motivate both yourself and others Willingness to work flexible hours, may be required to be on-call

Within This Role You Will Be Expected To Attend all new jobs allocated by our Admin Team, to include all domestic and commercial perils. Packing & removal of contents to various storage locations. Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required. Prepare equipment for use and ensure instruments used are calibrated. Liaise with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders etc

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
