Job Description

You will sit within the Banking & Finance Group, and work alongside other practices across the firm. This is a broad role offering plenty of variety acting for debtors and creditors. Work includes; insolvency, distressed investments, financing issues for pension schemes to name a few.

The ideal candidate will have been trained within private practice and have a strong understanding of financing structures as well as the ability to analyse these from a restructuring perspective; experience of devising and advising on contingency plans for debtors and creditors; and be familiar with the key insolvency issues and their application in varying scenarios.
