What will you be doing?



We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Restructuring & Recovery Service team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex financial projects and drive successful outcomes for our clients facing challenging business situations.

As Restructuring & Recovery Service Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include among others



Lead and manage a team of professionals in delivering high-quality restructuring and recovery services to clients Develop and implement strategic plans to address clients' financial challenges and improve their business performance Conduct in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments to identify key issues and opportunities Design and execute restructuring plans, including debt restructuring, operational turnarounds, and asset disposals Negotiate with stakeholders, including creditors, shareholders, and regulatory bodies Provide expert advice on insolvency processes and procedures when necessary Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in restructuring and recovery Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal preparation


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should



Proven experience in restructuring and recovery services, with a proven track record of successful client engagements Professional certifications such as ACA or ACCA, JIEB or CPI is essential Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret complex financial data Excellent project management and strategic planning capabilities In-depth knowledge of restructuring and insolvency processes, financial markets, and economic trends Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in the UK and international markets Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing high-performing teams Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in challenging situations Proficiency in financial modeling and relevant software tools Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
