Duties
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Manage kitchen staff and front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and culinary skills.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food production processes efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to ensure a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
Good understanding of Indian restaurant food and with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage positively with staff and customers alike.
Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous.
