You will be responsible for managing existing retail accounts while actively approaching new customers through cold visits, cold calls, and scheduled meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with retail partners in the Midlands and Northern England
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (KPI)
Conduct cold visits and cold calls to develop new business opportunities
Present products, negotiate terms, and secure new orders
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Represent the company professionally during store visits, meetings, and events
Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse and operations
Requirements
Fluent in
Mandarin and English
, with strong business communication skills
Full UK driving licence with
minimum 2 years' driving experience in the UK
Proven sales experience, ideally in retail or B2B environments
Confident in cold calling, cold visiting, and closing deals
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of the UK retail landscape
Warehouse or retail experience is a
strong advantage
Must have the
legal right to work in the UK
