Role Purpose:

Picture this: you're part of the Oak View Group family, working with our premium hospitality division, Rhubarb, where every number tells a story and every transaction matters. As our new Retail Accounts Assistant, you'll be the financial detective who ensures every penny is accounted for and every sale adds to our success story.

Based in beautiful South West London with the flexibility of hybrid working, you'll partner with our Retail Finance Manager to keep the financial wheels turning smoothly. Your days will be varied and engaging as you become the guardian of our company takings, meticulously counting and recording every transaction with the precision of a master craftsperson.

You'll dive into the world of financial reconciliation, matching takings sheets like pieces of a puzzle and investigating any mysterious card discrepancies that cross your desk. Think of yourself as a financial Sherlock Holmes, solving problems and ensuring everything balances perfectly. Your keen eye will spot issues before they become problems, and your swift reporting will keep management informed and confident.

The role extends beyond the numbers as you support the creation of Daily Sales reports that paint the picture of our business performance, whilst managing the delicate art of credit control and ensuring invoices flow seamlessly from creation to payment. You'll reconcile accounts with the skill of a conductor orchestrating a symphony, bringing harmony to vouchers, deposits, and bank transactions.

When audit season arrives, you'll be the reliable support that makes the process smooth and successful. Plus, exciting project work awaits, offering you the chance to grow, learn, and make your mark on RHUBARB's continued success.
