Roberts is looking for an experienced Retail Administrator who can work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and handle sensitive data with confidentiality. We offer a supportive environment with training and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Verify and post invoices and credit notes. Ensure paperwork for stock takes is processed on time. Assist during stock takes to resolve discrepancies.

Skills & Experience:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Comfortable liaising with site teams and Head Office. Able to handle sensitive data confidentially and solve problems independently. Understanding of retail operations and invoicing practices. Flexible to support multiple sites and out-of-hours stock takes.
