Tassee2 Ltd is a Northern Ireland based franchise company that runs the Vodafone stores in Belfast, Newry, Enniskillen, Omagh, Magherafelt and Coleraine. In

addition

we run a growing Webchat business from our Omagh site. You will be employed by Tassee2 Ltd and working within the Vodafone retail store. So you get the best of both worlds by working for a local business alongside a global brand.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Adviser/Senior Adviser to join our winning team in our Vodafone Omagh store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who are level-headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a demanding role and you'll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays, but for the right person, it's an amazing opportunity.

Salary: 12.60 ph (14.40 ph OTE)

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Maintain knowledge of product offerings to effectively promote sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth retail operation. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Support store merchandising efforts to create an inviting shopping environment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.60-14.40 per hour
