As a Retail Advisor, you'll embody the Brook Taverner brand and be its advocate inside and outside the business, and go that extra mile to make sure the service is as premium as our product. You will be reporting to the Management team and your key responsibility will be to deliver excellent service to our customers through a bright, fun personality and a genuine love for all of our garments and accessories.

You will:

Create a welcoming store environment for customers Deliver outstanding customer service to encouraging repeat custom Gain an understanding of our regular and repeat customers and tailor the experience to them Seek opportunities for add on sales and cross selling of our products to the customer Maintain store and visual merchandising standards to the highest possible levels
We are looking for someone to work

9 hours per week, worked over 2 days to include some weekends,

with the flexibility to do overtime as and when necessary.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour
