The role of a Analytics Manager (Test & Learn) sits within our Data team. Playing a key part in shaping the strategic direction within the customer, product and market strategy of the business, the Analytics Manager (Test & Learn) will play a leading role in the development of the Currys customer propositions, services, ways of shopping and experiences by delivering objective measurements of trials and recommending actions on the back of them

As part of this role, you'll be responsible fo
r:
Drive and maintain T&L governance across Currys, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and engaging with senior leadership to advocate for Test & Learn culture
Establish and maintain a structured library of the design and results of trials completed in the past to facilitate the ongoing learning process, ensuring insights are leveraged to inform the future testing strategies
Provide leadership in ensuring a well-defined process for triaging and scheduling upcoming trials maximise business impact, ensuring test groups are effectively structured for accurate evaluation
Monitor post-trial evolution of each project to guide strategic decision-making (e.g. whether it is used to obtain investment for a roll out in the future, whether it is being rolled out, etc.)
Ensure thorough monitoring of completed projects and establish a structured approach to planning future trials, aligning trials with key business priorities
Assess and refine existing T&L methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness
Provide thought leadership in strategic interpretation of trial results and translating insights into clear and actionable recommendations that drive business decisions
Create ongoing and strategic insight decks that convey test results, conclusions and actionable strategic recommendations.
The role will involve working closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Space Planning, HR, Property, Supply Chain, CRM, ecommerce and many other functions. The Analytics Manager will be an ambassador of strong ethos of objectivity and the ongoing organisational learning by running robust T&L practices, ensuring that the library of past trials is accurate and being maintained, trials are prioritised and measured objectively.
You will need:
Strong commercial acumen with ability to align Test & Learn initiatives to strategic business objectives
Ability to assess complex business challenges and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that influence business stakeholders
Ability to leverage data-driven insights from multiple sources to inform business decisions, ensuring tests yield practical and actionable recommendations
Ability to lead and influence test design and experimentation strategies in the retail environment.
