This exciting opportunity gives you the chance to be part of a small but dynamic team, creating a sensational experience for our supporters and customers here at Notts County.
In this role you will ensure that all of our supporters and customers receive exceptional customer service whether they are buying the most recent team shirt or purchasing their next match day ticket.
The role will primarily be in our retail department with some cross over into Ticketing when needed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Retail
Serve all customers in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner always, by ensuring supporters and customers always receive the highest standard of customer service.
Working as part of a team, you are to be able to advise supporters and customers on all products available within the Club shop as well as answering questions about our Club.
Merchandising, inventory control and delivery checking are all part of the role.
Keeping the Club shop clean and tidy before, during and after opening hours is key so undertaking cleaning duties will be asked of you and we hope you will pay particular attention to health and safety and COSHH guidelines whilst doing so.
Ticketing
Ensure that inbound phone calls to the ticket office are answered promptly and in a professional manner and that all queries are rectified quickly and satisfactorily.
Provide collection and postage fulfilment as required by the Ticket Office team.
Working on either the sales or collections windows to provide an efficient and professional service to all matchday guests.
Always be presentable when working and demonstrate you can represent the face of the Club in the manner expected.
Ensuring the successful sale of tickets both in person and over the telephone.
General
Cash handling and card payments.
Using Ticket Master
Handle cash, stock and equipment in a secure manner.
Adhere to Club policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Always provide great service and be committed to being a team player.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Good organisational skills.
Have a good understanding of the sports industry.
Flexible approach to work and working hours. Will be required to work evenings and weekends, when required.
Works well within a team.
