Job Summary:
Juniper Training are recruiting on behalf of a National Retailer who are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Apprentice to join the team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Assist customers with finding the right products for their needs
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
