We seek a motivated, vibrant and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our happy team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for customers while assisting them with their purchases and ensuring a smooth shopping experience on our lovely Christmas market stall at the Chatsworth House christmas Market in Bakewell Derbyshire.Must have at least two years of retail experience.Also, a love of natural fibres and/ or some interest in sustainable businesses is essential. We sell products that are made from wool and other natural fibres and either Fairtrade, Made in England or Recycled, so we have a strong underlying ethos to the stall that everyone needs to be behind.Must be able to work flexible hours 3 full days (usually a Monday, Tuesday and a Saturday ) between 8th November and 14th December. Hours are aprox 9.30-6pm and we also need cover for a whole week. We will try to be flexible to fit in with your needs if you already have some commitments.You must feel happy working alone in a busy market environment at the Chatsworth House Christmas Market.Lastly, we need someone who has a "can-do" attitude to solving any potential problems that may occur while you are workingan your own.We have a great working environment and you will be able to buy all our stock at cost price on the stall plus share a cash bonus if we do well.
