Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen interest in merchandising. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to an inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Serve customers warmly and efficiently Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions Maintain clean, tidy shelves and rotate stock Perform expiry date checks and general housekeeping Assist at the Post Office counter (training provided) Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements

Must be 18+ (due to licensing regulations) Prior retail, supermarket, cafe or food service experience is preferred but not required Good communication and a positive attitude toward customer service Able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week (including some weekends) Must live within realistic commuting distance of G68 (Cumbernauld / Kilsyth) Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
