This winter, we're bringing the Shirt in a Box experience to life with our Christmas Market outlet (and a potential pop-up store), and we're looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused people to join our team for the season.

The Role

We're looking for someone with retail experience who can work flexibly between our

warehouse

and

Christmas Market outlet

-- and possibly a third pop-up location. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and delivering great experiences to customers.

You'll be part of a small, motivated crew helping ensure stock moves smoothly, the retail outlets run efficiently, and every customer walks away with a smile (and their new favourite shirt).

Key Responsibilities

Supporting daily retail operations at the

Belfast Christmas Market

and other pop-up locations Assisting with

stock transfers and logistics

between warehouse and retail outlets Providing

friendly, confident customer service

in busy retail environments Ensuring displays are organised, tidy, and visually appealing Helping with setup, packing, and closing duties across venues Maintaining high standards of professionalism and teamwork at all times

What We're Looking For

? Previous

retail experience

(essential)

Full driving licence

and ability to travel between sites (essential)
? Confident, friendly, and great with people
? Ability to work weekends (essential)
? Flexible availability across weekday and weekend shifts
? Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
? Football knowledge is a bonus -- but enthusiasm and energy matter more!

Please note: candidates must be able to pass a basic

security check to work at the Belfast Christmas Market.
