Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Billericay. In this role, you will be a vital part of delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our mission to connect anglers with the best fishing gear. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations tailored to customer needs. Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance shopping experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Support inventory management and stock replenishment. Willing to carry out hands on tasks and heavy lifting Attention to detail Promote upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service environments. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Basic math proficiency for transactions. Knowledge of merchandising principles. Passion for fishing or outdoor activities is advantageous.

Expected hours: 38.5 - 40 per week
